Temat: PRINS - działania monopolistyczne !!!

W ostatnim czasie firma Prins z Holandii zrobiła "psikusa" swojemu odbiorcy instalacji w Polsce, firmie BBG, która nieposłusznie - tak jak to miało miejsce przez ostatnie 10 lat - sprzedaje instalacje w całej Europie - głównie w Niemczech i zablokowała przez internet sterowniki instalacji gazowej VSI2.

Powodem zablokowania sterowników jest "walka z reimportem" instalacji i sprzedawanie instalacji w dobrej cenie do Niemiec - a tam jak większości wiadomo jest nowy Importer, który przez 5,6 lat kupował towar w firmie BBG i sprzedawał go w Niemczech.

Na chwilę obecną dochodzi do absurdalnych sytuacji tj. warsztat w Niemczech zamontował 6 miesięcy temu instalację zakupioną w Polsce w firmie BBG, klient po 6 miesiącach wraca do warsztatu na serwis, warsztat podłącza interfejs i następuje zablokowanie sterownika instalacji !!!

Warsztat nie ma problemu z instalacją w tylko jednym przypadku: gdy posiada starą wersję oprogramowania - V.0.9.0.0. - a takich warsztatów jest niewiele. Warsztaty wiedzą że Prins "wymusza" pobieranie aktualizacji oprogramowania. Pobranie najnowszej wersji oprogramowania - czy jak to w Prinsie się mówi firmware - powoduje pobranie wersji z wirusem, który deaktywuje sterowniki !!!

W Unii Europejskiej zgłoszona została już sytuacja stosowania praktyk nieuczciwej konkurencji przez firmę Prins oraz wykorzystywanie pozycji monopolisty na rynku, zobaczymy dokąd to firmę Prins doprowadzi !

Odp: PRINS - działania monopolistyczne !!!

A to jeszcze na dokładkę, dzisiejsze oficjalne ustosunkowanie się importerów na Niemcy do sprawy - kup instalację DLM a wymienimy ci jeden zablokowany sterownik na aktywowany, oferta ważna do końca roku - ktoś chyba musi obrót pokazać !!!

P.S.
Zwróciłbym uwagę na stwierdzenia, reimport, stwierdzenie że sterowniki będą automatycznie blokowane - czy to nie jest utrudnianie dostępu do wolnego rynku ? Koledzy w Niemczech chyba zapomnieli że jesteśmy w Unii Europejskiej !!!
